Modem dial access help

I have set a dial access to some of my remote routers and everytime I dial I get the following prompt. I type in the console password but it desn't like it. I went ahead and reset the modem to factory default thinking that it might be a password inside the modem but that didn't help either. Can someone point me to the right direction, what I could be doing wrong?

post your config for the aux or con lines...whichever one your modem is attached to.

I've tried with just the password and flow control hardware which i removed it later.
