MOH problem with ccm 3.3

We have a customer who is running ccm version 3.3. Recently the subscriber crashed and bluescreened and since then hasn't been able to boot up.

Due to the age of there system we hopefully plan to upgrade to version 6.1 soon. Anyway the customer needs to change there default moh. Now the subscriber was being used to translate the audio and so make any moh changes.

When trying to find the folder 'dropMohaudiofileshere' it isn't located anywhere on the publisher. To get them to be able to change there moh and I just activate the Cisco MOH Audio Service, create the dropmoh music folder and then create an moh music resource on the publisher, oh and point the service config to this folder.

Will this work or is there anything else I will need to do to get this working.

For info the customer isn't planning to restore the subscriber due to the age of the system.

Thanks

Marc.

Yes, start the MOH Audio Translator service and the IP Voice Media streaming service on the Publisher and that should do the trick.
