Calls dropped after SRST kicks in

Hello,


What do you think of this problem? I have a CallManager 5.1.3 and a 3845 H.323 voice gateway with SRST running 12.4(13d).


When I'm in an active call and there's an WAN outage, SRST will kick in and my call will continue. However, after 2 minutes my call drop. In my voice gateway, I already have the command "no h225 timeout keepalive" for call preservation.


Please help.

You might also configure:


1. voice service voip

h323

call preserve


2. call-manager Service Param "Allow Peer to Preserve H.323 Calls" to TRUE.



Then, if none of that works, be sure to get a debug of the Cause Code for the drop.
