This feature is typically done automatically for you. To schedule a periodic collection job for all devices in RME, go to RME > Admin > Config Mgmt > Collection Settings.

To schedule a periodic job for a few devices (or just one device), go to RME > Config Mgmt > Archive Mgmt > Sync Archive.

Note: RME will not archive a new version of the config unless an interesting change has occurred. An interesting change is a change that is not excluded under RME > Admin > Config Mgmt > Exclude Commands.
