I have 2 links (one primary) with eigrp and another one (backup) that I have to use BGP.
Can anyone tell where can I find some info in order to configure this so the router will use BGP when the eigrp is down...
Regards and thanks

In principle, you want both links to advertize the same networks via both EIGRP and by BGP. Then insure EIGRP is considered administratively better BGP. Traffic would take that path until it fails.
If unfamiliar with administrative distance, start here: http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/105/admin_distance.html
If new to BGP, start here: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk365/tk80/tsd_technology_support_sub-protocol_home.html

As Josehp said use metric to give preference to your EIGRP routes. I have same scenario but primary BGP and Secondary EIGRP with another IGP inside and we redistribute our BGP routes with lower metric into our IGP to choose BGP link.
