Hunt Groups

Unanswered Question


I have CCM 6.0 at a customer with multiple Hunt Groups setup.So call comes in on Hunt Pilot xxxx which rings the first member in the Hunt Group and then the second and the third untill someone answers. Problem is then that the first few users see a "missed call" on their phones. Any way of getting around this?

Before you create the circular hunt groups using Cisco CallManager Attendant Console, perform these steps:

Create the pilot points.

Create the hunt groups.
