How to Enable beep or recording tone on an active call in CME

Hi,
since someone else in another thread has expressed interest in this, I was thinking that it might be possible to have that with a custom TCL/IVR script. If you are interested in that, please contact me at the address present in my profile.

You cannot enable any beep, and the CME has no recording support in itself, a third-party product is used for that.
