Hi all.

I am working on afterhours CRS Script. What I am trying to accomplish is that, when clients dial afterhours, Ask them for a Pin code and if they entered the right Pin they will get transferred to the afterhours Call Centre, if not to a local voice mail.

The Pin Code is stored in xml document.

I tried different scripts that I developed and some from the form and still no LUCK.

Any idea in how to design the CRS Scrip or if anyone has a sample Script, that will be much appreciated
