I am not clear about the specifics of this error but clearly this IOS image is not working for this device. Has this router been running and has just developed this problem? If so it might suggest a problem with flash memory. To solve it investigate the flash and fix any problem detected.

Or is this an image that has just been loaded into the router? If so that would suggest that the image is corrupted or is not valid for this device. To fix it get a different image and try to load it.

Of course if you have a maintenance contract on this router you can open a case with TAC and they will be able to tell you more details about what the problem is.
