Cisco 7960 cutting off

Hi, I hace a CME and a Cisco 7960 at reception. The phone keeps on cutting of and I wonder what the problem is. I changed the cabling and switch ports but still the same. the amazing part is that the call cuts only on incomming calls and works well with outgoing calls. When I run some connectivity tests, this is what I get

Hi, by design the ip phone doesn't respond to all pings.

Now for the calls "cut off", which FW do you have on the phone, and which exact IOS ?

The recommended FW is 7.2.T23 that is found exclusively within the zipfile called "CCME phoneloads" from CCO download.
