I got complaints from my clients that a particular agent in a service queue was receiving allmost all the calls.

I then came in and reduced the skill level assinged to that agent. Immediately I did that, calls stopped coming into the queue.

Please help!!! Its is Urgent. I am on the site now

IPCC 4.0.4 Build 1.40

When calls are placed, the calls come in then It says all agent are not ready

I have this problem too.

Could be an issue in the Script, that would have to be reviewed.

Once I had calls stuck in que and not routing. Our script was ok, but we ended up having a kind of phantom call stuck in que (look at real time reporting). To clear it we had to restart the CRS Engine. Once that phantom call was gone, calls starting routing to agents.

Yes, i second on lleweyiss, can you send us mivr logs and the script which is playing the message that all the agents are busy.

We had the same kind of issue in the past and it was because of scripting only.

Is it only for this application or others (if its for this then no need to re start)

Try loading your good version of scrip in the app and re run your application.

You can also start the ediotr in debug mode and see where its causing the problem
