CiscoIPPhoneText with 7920's

When I send a CiscoIPPhoneText to the 7920 phone, it doesn't parse the XML, it just displays the entire XML string on the screen. I know the XML is correct because I'm sending the same thing to a 7921 at the same time, and those phones display just fine.

Anyone else run into this and find a solution?

Thanks,

Brian

We are able to send text and audio to both 7920 and 7921 without any problem. There were minor issues with some 7920 firmware. Try another version of the firmware.

could it be you're not setting the content type to "text/xml"? I've noticed in the past that the content-type header is optional for some phone types but not for others.

Thanks, I will try updating the firmware. It's not the "text/xml" in the header; I do have that set, but seeing that it might be optional, I'll also try to remove it and see what happens.
