Historical Reports - IPCC Express 4.5

Agent summary report is showing the work time zero , however we have enabled the automatic work as well as Wrap up work 10 sec.., Still the reports are showing zero work time ?

thoughts ?

I have this problem too.

Have you restarted the server no kidding.

You probably have the field not inatialized. Have the agent logout and login again and make some times changes in CSQ does not take affect you may have to run synchronize.

Restarting is an overkill but that will be your choice.
