We using wccp for redirect traffic to waas and 4.0.23 for waas so when we operate waas the users in branch could not join domain "microsoft domain" and when we close WCCP users can successfully join domain so we closed EMP mapper and changed policy in alldevice group to bypass LAPD and the other directory services and still users could not join domain
they don't use MS Outlook in mail so the only problem i faced users can not join domain "for first time" when wccp enabled and i applied no adapter epm enable and still not working.
