waas with GRE tunnels

i have issue in a company has GRE tunnels (btween datacenter&branchs)in serial interfaces so I applied wccp 62 in & 61 out in tunnel interface and it couldn't work I noticed that they use MTU 1472 did the tunnel connection has any special configuration.

Another question can I apply wccp 62 & 61 services in STM1 interfaces like serial interfaces.

What platform are you configuring WCCP on? Note that WCCP interception on GRE tunnel interfaces is only supported on software-based platforms (i.e. non-Catalyst platforms).

i use 3 wae 512 for datacenter & branch & c.m 6513 in datacenter & 2800 in branchs and tunnel source serial on 6500 and tunnel destenation serial of branch.

in datacenter: i configured 62 in & 61 out tunnel interface

in branch 61 in users subinterface & 62 in tunnel interface

i also configured exclude in "interface facing wae in both places"

WCCP interception is not currently supported on tunnel interfaces in the 6500 platform.
