What is the defualt Administrator Username?

I was installing the UCM and it asked for a username and i put X, but when logging in to the operating system administration, it is telling me wrong username and password, is there a different username for the OS?

It depends on what version of CUCM you installed. With CUCM 5.x, you pick the UCOS login and password, but the CUCM login is CCMAdministrator.

In CUCM 6.x, you pick both the UCOS and CUCM login and password.

The login names are case sensitive, so if you used Admin as opposed to admin, you have to login with the former.
