Call Centre Visibility

Our current PBX system has the ability to display every agents status in our entire call environment every five seconds.

Does the realtime reporting on the Express or Enterprise do something similar ? Or is there another component that performs this task?

Yes, some real time webview reports provide this for Enterprise. In Express and Enterprise there are various supervisor tools which show agent status for their team.

You don't even have to wait 5 sec you can do it realtime in both express and enterprise. However there is a default time as well.

As a supervisor you have full view of your agents including their current status. You can also have webview reports that are realtime in enterprise environment that shows what you need.
