No voice between Alcatel and Cisco

Hi,

I have configured a Cisco CallManager Gw MGCP with Alcatel 4300

When i make call, the call is establish, but i have no voice.

You might need to add the commands

MGCP bind control source-interface

MGCP bind media source-interface

where is a fully routable interface to and from the CCM and is where you wish the MGCP traffic to be sourced from. The best practice is to use a loopback interface.

Apart from this, without configs from the gateway, it's hard to make other suggestions.

what type of gateway are you using?

If the call is up and there is no audio, then issue the following command on the gateway:

show voip rtp connection

Check the remote IP address and see if the gateway can reach that through ping.

You may need to add the mgcp bind media to your gateway's config.
