Hi experts,
we got a user who is requesting to set 2 secretaries to her. the 1st will be working on Mon & Tues, then the 2nd will be handling the rest of the week.
Can someone help me how to set this up based on day. we are using CM 4.1(3).

i'd suggest the use of TOD
Time-of-Day Routing

this way you can use the same DN on two phones and have one ring mon-tues and the other one the rest of the week
