Shared Line - Incoming Calls Ringing to 2nd Line Appearance

I have a user who has a 7960 IP Phone. The phone is configured for 6-lines. The 1st 3 line appearances are for our main incoming number (x12345).


The 1st line is x12345. The 2nd line is x212345. The 3rd line is x312345.


The lines have worked fine with no problem. However, the user has reported that when she is on the 1st line and a 2nd call comes in, it does not ring on her phone.


She did recently have a 2nd phone set up identical to her existing phone, but no configuration changes were made to the existing phone.


I'm trying to figure out what has happened. Any input would be appreciated.

Hi Christopher,


Have a look at the Line configs on the new phone (especially the Forward no answer)Also make sure the Busy Trigger and Max Calls have not changed between devices.
