IP address pool on load balanced remote access VPN

I have 2 3020 VPN concentrators in a load balanced mode. Can I assign the same address pool on both concentrators? Or do I have to break them in to 2 and assign one pool to each concentrator?

I would suggest breaking up into 2 pools - one for each concentrator..Simplifies your routing to the concentrator on the private side
