Hello,

What is the solution if a ipphone cannot transfer call? It's a problem with the directory number parameters or the phone?

The problem apear when an external call arrives in the operator, and then tis call cannot be tranfered.

In internal call, it is possible but from external call it cannot be.

The schema is :

PSTN <-> CCME Router <-> CallManager

Thank you

Hi,

Is it first time you are facing this issue? or was it working earlier?

Where are you transferring the call? to external users? or again outside to PSTN.

Is PSTN users able to directly call the IP Phones?

I hope you have your MRG/MRGL's in place for such calls?

and what does ccme doing? who is doing call routing? callmanager or ccme?

Is there any error message or what kind of tone?

Please explian more on the issue for us to help you on this.

Thanks,

Daljeet

Hi,

have you check the gateway option "Media Termination Point" in callmanager? If you are not using MTP, you must uncheck this option.

I send you a link to a foro with this issue:

Alicia.

Can you tell me where this option is in callmanger? I am not seeing this option on the gateway config.

the option is under the H323 GW config, MTP required.

it's almost at the top and easy to locate
