Hi, i would like to ask a general question. For a service provider next generation network trying to provide IPTV, should all the customers be put into a vpn or just go ahead and enable their private ip on the global network?
Hi, one of the largest broadband provider in Italy, including multicast TV and telephony, is running their large network exclusively on private address, without issues. When users wants a public IP, that is given as optional paid service.
