5 Seat CCX ENH CCM Bundle

hi,

we have cucm-be running, and want to activate 5 seat CCX we got as part of the promotion.

we have HP DL380G5 5150 2G EU Svr 3rd-party server with P/n: 417457-421 on which we want to deploy Contact Centar.

Has anyone had an experience with activating those Seats? 'Cos we're having trouble finding the right SW to order.

you should have recived uccx 5.x media with your swonly kit ,

but what you need is a OS2003 media kit (from cisco - not a generic 2003 sever) to install

the MCS platform

and a uccx 5.x dvd

install

submit the PAK that is included with the bundle , and your good to go

we didn't receive any installations for uccx, only the LIC file.

cisco Q&A says that media kit for uccx comes with every CUCM 4.0, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 5.0, 5.1, and 6.0.

does it matter that is CUCM-BE?

you should talk to your partner / reseller they might be able to provide you with the

missing media

now, we decided to buy MCS for deployment of Contact Center and this 5 Seats.

We're going to order

1.MCS-7825-I2-CCX1 HW Only MCS-7825-I2 with 2GB RAM and Dual 80GB SATA HD

2.CCX-5.0-BDL-7825= CCX 5.0 - Required for 5 Seat Bundle 7825 Deployment

Is this enough for deployment of CCE ENH and the activation of 5 Seats that we got in promotional bundle with CUCM-BE?
