Although i haven't try it, i don't think that you can use vpn client to connect, in the same time, in two networks. I don't know if vpn client has the ability to create multiple tunneled interfaces to do this.
I have used cisco vpn client and openvpn client to connect in the same time in 2 different networks.
You can give it a try with the vpn client.
