Hello,
I use Call Manager and have a voice gateway. They are relyed by SIP trunk.
So When I call from the Call Manager to external call, there are an IVR in the called number.So i have to put many digit.
But the problem is that I cannot put the digit.
What is the problem?
The schema is :
CCM <-IP SIP Trunk -> Voice Gw <- E&M -> Router <-IP H323-> Voip Call
Thank you

What happens when you try to enter the first digit? Can you send me a copy of your config on the voice gateway?

do you have configured the DMTF relay for NTE and sip-notify on the applicable dial-peers
in order for the GW to relay the DTMFs you need to configure it on the dial-peers and also what kind of DTMF is going to be relayed

The trunk with the call manager 5 is a SIP.
The dtmf preference is RFC 2833.
And in the gateway router is rtp-nte, that is RFC2833 too.
Should I replace it with sip-notify?

Hello,
The phone is a 7971G. With a 7911G I can use the dtmf, i can enter digits when the menu ask me.
But with the 7971G, I just hear a beep in the phone when I enter the digit menu.
Many Thanks.
