I'm looking for a cheap product that has the capability of taking a message and doing a outdial to multiple people and play the message back. This would be a product similar to PhoneTree. It needs to support inbound calls to the device as well send outbound. Any Ideas. I know I can do this with a IVR Script, but do not want to take that route. Need something simple and easy.
I'm looking for the exact thing. When you say you can do this with an IVR script, are you referring to Contact Center / Express?
Have you found any options that would essentialy replace Phonetree for a Cisco UC system?
