Video Advantage 2.0 problem

My problem here is that when I start up video advantage I see the same image in the local and remote window. This is also happening whenever I make a phone call as well. This is only happening to a few people. Any ideas?

Are you using CME or CCM? Is this happening for local IP to IP calls?

I'm using CME. Yes this is happening for all calls.

Hello,

I have the same problem for CCM and CME with telephone 7941/61, when I use IP Communicator, VT works fine.

Is there any configuration for telephony 79XX different from Ip communicator?

CCM 5.1

CME 4.1 (IOS 12.4.15T)

you need 12.4.15T3 and H.323 slow start
