Changes in CCM 5.1.1 not reflected on the phones

My customer is trying to change the 'alerting name' on one phone and 'Call forward no answer' on a different phone.

Although the changes in CCM Administration are shown there (I've logged in and checked) The phones don't seem to be taking these changes.

I'm thinking a reboot of CCM or an Upgrade, but would like to find the reason before hand.

Any suggestions out there?
