CCM 4 to 6, Softphone Migration to Communicator

Hello,

i upgraded to a new appliance to CM6 and all other Devicees works fine. Just the Softphones as CTI Phones cannot connect to the CM resp. i have no migration path to communicator for Softphone database entries..

can sombody help me
