CUE: Different business hours depending date

We need to apply a different schedule depending on the date. How can I do that?

I don't know how to pass the cue script the current date.

I have this problem too.

From the Voicemail menu select Business Hours Settings.

2. In the "Business Hours Schedule" box, it should read "systemschedule".

3. In the grid that appears, just click on the boxes that correspond to the hours the office is closed. You need to do this for only

Monday and then you can click the "Copy Schedule" link at the bottom of the page to fill out the rest of the grid.

4. Click Apply at the top of the page when you are done entering the desired hours.

Lastly, you will want to double check and confirm that the autoattendant is setup to use the system schedule for business

hours. To do so follow these steps.

1. From the Voicemail menu select Auto Attendant.

2. Click on the autoattendant link to bring up Automated Attendant Profile window.

3. Click next.

4. On the screen that appears verify that "businessSchedule" has "systemschedule" selected. If not, change it as necessary.

5. Click next.

6. Click finish.
