Hello,
I look here often for advice. You guys are great.
My setup:
3640 Router in Mexico, E-1 to US with a functional AVVID network. No PRI/BRI on Mexico router.
I'm trying to route calls from Mexico to local PSTN through FXO port. Calling the FXO port from PSTN rings the DN VoiP phone for 1/2 second then phone hangs up. FXO link light remains lit until unplugged. Call from VoiP phone to FXO gets a fast busy. I've tried changing from Loop Start to Ground Start and tried supervisory disconnect anytonebcptone MX on the voice port.
CCO recco'd an IOS upgrade with no results. Running MGCP and IOS Ver 12.2(46a) CCM ver 4.1(3)

Hello,
Can you please post a sh run from the router this might help. I assume that you are using Plar on the FXO?

Hello,
When you look in callmanager is the FXO port registered? Please check on that and also send a sh ccm-manager output. From the configs it doesn't look like MGCP is set up correctly.
If it is not then what is happening is your calling the FXO and it goes off hook at this point you will hear a ring and then nothing or a busy signal.

Yes the port is registered in Callmanager.
From router:
MEX3600RTR#sh ccm-manager
% Call Manager Application is not enabled
I had ccm-manager running but I just rolled back the IOS for TAC.
Any recco's for ccm-manager config? I can only find it for the VG200.
