Best failover method for ELA / T1 circuits?

We currently have two T1's in load balancing mode using bgp inbound and glbp outbound. One of the T1's is being replaced with a 20mb/s ELA circuit. Now I would like to just have the T1 act as a failover.

Should I stick with glbp, and if so how? Using weights? Or is there a better method for doing failover between two routers when one circuit is fast ethernet and the other is serial?

Appreciate any input.

If you just want to reserve the T1 purely for failover, perhaps the easiest solution (outbound) would be to switch from GLBP to HSRP. (The router with the 20 Mbps circuit being the default gateway and with a preempt.)

If you want to continue to use the T1 proportionally with the 20 Mbps link (outbound), perhaps OER or PfR would do the trick.
