Hi we have an CUCM 5.1 implementation that user need to call to a helpdesk. This helpdesk its using a Cisco platform that has CCM 4.1(3) integrated to a crs 3.5.3
The problem is that when we call from an ip phone on the CUCM 5.1 to the crs 3.5.3 the call take a cti port but we can not hear the prompt, the call is using g729 and the crs is using it too.
What can we do? Thanks in advanced,
