SAGE CRM Integration with the UC500

Hi All,

can somebody please tell me if the UC500 and SAGE CRM software can be integrated and if so is there any information regarding this?

without knowing more details about all I can say is if its like any other CRM then the answer is yes it will support.

Even Cisco claims they support any CRM integratin with UC500.

Hi Chris,

As abdul says, the documentation says you can do one-off integrations. I don't recall seeing any pre-built connectors for SAGE. (MS-CRM & Salesforce are the only 2 I know of.)

We currently provide integration between SalesLogix and CCM through a software application.

SAGE CRM & UC500 are on the roadmap for July or so. How soon do you require this?
