Hi,
Whenever we try to connect ACS with Windows AD as external database we get an error.
Please help us in making this point correct.
The screen shot is also attached.

Permission issue. The accounts running acs should be a part of domain admin group and should have special privileges on domain controller, like Act as a part of operating system and Logon as service.
