IPMA Proxy transfer to voicemail

I'm setting up IPMA in proxy line configuration mode and am facing 2 problems.

The first one is that when the manager presses to the transfer to voicemail button when he is receiving a call, the call is not transferred to his voicemail box but the caller gets the prompt to enter his password to listen to his own voicemail box.

The second problem I'm facing is that when the manager tries to open the IPMA phone service on his phone, he gets the error message "A system faillure was found"

ANy help will be much appreciated.

For first problem check partitions, CSS and correct VM profile.

Which VM system?

that looks like a problem in Tomcat

Which exact version of CCM.

Have seen issues in the past with IPCC co-resident

We are running Unity 3.1

Will check the partitionas again and let you know.

CCm version 4.3.1 SR6

We are indeed running IPCC enterprise as well.
