Hi all,
When configuring the lines on an IP phone you can specify the "Ring Setting (Phone Idle)" and "Ring Setting (Phone Active)" parameters. One of the options you can choose is "System Default".
My question is where do you set the "System Default" for these two parameters? I can't seem to find it.

Hey Steven,
You have to dig deep for these ones :)
From ccmadmin;
Service>Service Parameters>Callmanager Service>Clusterwide Parameters (Device - Phone)
You will see the settings options here.

Hi,
We run system version 9.1.2.11900-12
It is now in System>Service Parameters>Select Server>Cisco Callmanager Service>Clusterwide Parameters (Device - Phone)
