I have a customer with callmgr 5.1. remote gateway is t-1 cas h323 2821. telco says they are passing inc caller id but we don't see it on phones. all inc calls go through unity aa before hitting phone.
are there any special configs i need on gateway to pass it in to cmgr?
is there a way to check that telco is actually sending it?

Ask if they are using a separator like * and if the clid is before or after the called number.
Also check "debug vpm signal".
