Call Handler Question

I just started working with the latest version of Unity and Call Managager. I am trying to send a incomming call to a call handler depending on the time of day. I have created a new schedule and applied it to the call handler. I have 2 call handelers set up and no matter what time of day I call the same one answers. Is this the correct way to do it ?

In order to have different behavior based on the time, have a single call handler and use the open and close settings in this single one.

Unity sends calls to a call handler based on the call routing table in unity, then inside the handler the hour can make a difference.
