License Sever Error

Hi,

I have a LMS 2.6 with unlimited devices license. Everything was running fine, but after a restart, suddenly my LMS server became slow and when I try to navigate to some menus, it shows " license server is down". when I tried to restart it from the processes menu under common services, the processes menu itself has not opened.

I have attached the license.log and licenseserver.log

please give some ideas.

When the license server is down the products installed api shows the status as unretrieved. So,appropriate msg should be thrown for better usability. You can refer the following FAQ for the validation command.

This error shows a problem loading a Java DLL. Check to see that C:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\MDC\jre\bin\net.dll exists, and that permissions allow for casuser to access this DLL.
