Hi dear cisco forum, I have CCM 4.1(3)sr5d servers installed (Publisher and Subscriber) but the DBLHELPER files to reestablish a broken SQL subscription is missed in this version. It is neccesary to open a TAC case in order to obtain this file?. Or, it could work too if someone in the forum would send or add this file to make it work.
Thank a lot friends

Ensure that you are running the dblHelper from this folder:
c://programfiles/cisco/bin...
If you are not, copy it to this folder and run it again..

Thanks for your reply. I search this file but in my CCM Publisher, but I can't find it.
Is it necessary to open a TAC case to obtain this file?.
Thanks a lot boys
