We are presently trying to identify how well our 3750 QoS policies are working. The following drop indicators were found using the command: 'show controllers ethernet-controllers port-asic statistic'. Looking for an explanation of what is happening in the switch to cause these drops.
1082 RxBuffer Drop DestIndex
5755781 SneakQueue Drop

This drop is may be due to some exceptions on the receive side. Use "show platform port-asic exception" command and see if any of the receive side exceptions are incrementing

Using the command 'sho platform port-asic exception' seems to yield indexes into a table. Do you know how to use this information to get actual error counts?
Also, do you know what a 'SneakQueue' is and how/when it is used in moving packets through a 3750?
