Guess this sort of follows on from an earlier post regarding ending a particular call on a gateway..
Is there a simple way of locating a call on a gateway if it has lasted over a set period (e.g. the caller has forgotten to hang up the call )..
We have set it up so that we get notification via email from CM however, we get no details about which gateway it sits on .. We would have to go through each individual gateway and view current call status'.. a very long process..
Any advice would be appreciated.. cheers
