Caligare Netflow Issue

I have recently installed your Caligare Flow Inspector on a Linux platform. I am trying to send email from Flow Inspector 4 to me, but I am not receiving the emails. Any suggestions? Thx.

Hello,

did you use CD-ISO version or installation package version? In CD-ISO version is prepared installation with Postfix mail process. If you are using installation package version (.rpm, .deb, .tgz) it is necessary install mail server on your server (i.e postfix or exim). Please, could you write to our support email support@caligare.com ?
