Add third party SIP Phone to CCM 5

I'm be able to add 3rd party SIP Phone (X-lite) to CCM 5.0.4. But I got thiss error message when I'm trying to make call to PSTN or GSM mobile. "service not available". Provided that the call is successful with the Cisco SCCP IP Communicator

Hi,

I have already review this bug, this is not related

"Service Or Option Not Available (ISDN-BF) Option To Return FastBusy".

What I ask is how to register the 3rd party SIP Phone as I follow the instruction from Cisco Web still failure..
