Configuring CRS 5.0 for Telemarketing

Hi all,

I would like to know if CRS 5.0 can be set up in a telemarketing configuration and, if so, whether there is any technical documentation on how to do it.

I need to create a set up whereby an agent sits down at a terminal, logs in, and outbound calls are placed automatically.



I have this problem too.
