Depending what version you are on, you can either state "Deliver" as an action and the chose the option "send to alternate host"
OR
You can insert X-Headers and state "Deliver" for positive and suspect spam, and then create content filters to look for the X-Headers and then alt-mailhost to send it to the secondary unt.
