Can you please tell me which is higher IOS version.

c1841-ipbasek9-mz.124-15.T.bin is the new one which is released on 29-JUN-2007 while

c1841-ipbasek9-mz.124-11.XJ.bin was released on 26-DEC-2006

I agree with Aijaz802, should be c1841-ipbasek9-mz.124-15.T.bin.

Reason being, T train will become next mainline release, so 12.4T is really the upcomming 12.5 but before it's frozen.

The 12.4XJ release should be a variant of the 12.4 mainline. Since mainline releases are feature frozen, variant releases are used to support new hardware and/or software features.
