C7604 WS-SUP32-GE-3B port limit?

Hi,

We have connected our C7604 with SUP32 engine to one ISP provider using the only 10/100/1000 port 1/9.

Is it possible this port to have some limitation as we can reach only about 15mbps traffic and our ISP swears there is no limit set from them

Yes port limitation can be possible. You can do on the configurations that have "rate-limit" statements on the subinterface configuration of the c7604 box. Also you can apply the policy according to your need.
